Investigations
Typically, independent investigations are appropriate where there are serious or complex complaints or allegations made. Often, these complaints involve allegations of:
- Bullying or systematic bullying;
- Safeguarding concerns;
- Sexual or racial harassment or other serious disciplinary considerations;
- Dishonesty / integrity challenges, or allegations likely to involve a high level of public interest or scrutiny;
- Persistent or regular complainants or complaints involving multiple allegations; and

Complaints & Reviews
Nearly every organisation across every sector will face some form of challenge, be that from internal or external sources, around conduct, complaints or grievances at some point and time. Sometimes, an internal investigation with support from inhouse or a contracted Human Resources or Legal Department is the quicker and cheaper option.
