Murray brings 32 years of law enforcement experience to his role as a principal consultant and investigator, specialising in criminal and non-criminal investigations, workplace conflicts and complex service user complaints. He has a significant background in strategic leadership and governance, partnership working, and problem and conflict resolution.  

Murray has held cross-sector leadership roles, often in times of challenge, leading collaborative approaches to major and critical incidents and events. He is committed to helping clients navigate difficult organisational situations and inform strategic business decisions.
